Sustainability: We are in favour of sustainable development and goals and work for a future worth living.
We advise and develop joint strategies for sustainable recruitment for our clients. We provide sustainable support for our applicants – whether it is language support and skills development before starting work in Germany or support with dealing with the authorities or family reunification after arrival in Germany.
Transparency & credibility: Transparent and credible communication throughout the entire application process is a key component of our work.
We only work with organizations that follow our guidelines and adhere to all the requirements of the seal of approval. There are no costs for applicants. The employer pays principle applies; the employer bears all costs associated with recruitment. If the applicant withdraws from the placement through his or her own fault, a repayment obligation for costs actually incurred is permitted (except in the case of illness, pregnancy or force majeure, for example). Costs incurred may be of the following types: language course or language examination costs in the country of origin, payments made to cover living expenses, administrative fees for translations, certifications, visas and equivalence assessment.
All placement conditions are contained in the placement contract and the additional general terms and conditions, which are presented to the applicant before entering into the placement and secure the cooperation between the agency and the applicant.
