The seal of quality “Fair Recruitment of Care Workers Germany” distinguishes ethical, high-quality recruitment of care workers. It stands for information, transparency and fairness in the recruitment of care workers from third countries. The seal of quality is awarded to self-organised recruiting nursing and health care companies as well as internationally active recruitment agencies.
